Lee Blansett, Principal

Lee Blansett has been an active participant in the US healthcare system for more than twenty years. His research into health system organizations and oncology market access topics includes extensive on-the-ground studies in the US and EU. Lee’s previous work includes internal consulting roles with APM, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Children’s Hospital, and a community oncology group. His work on manufacturers’ behalf includes serving as a Senior Vice President at DaVinci Oncology/Kantar and as a Senior Principal with the IMS Consulting Group. His academic training includes an MBA from the Wharton School and a BSC in Finance from Santa Clara University where he was a National Merit Scholar. 

Steve Clark, Sr. Director BD & Client Services

Steve Clark leads HMP Market Access Insights’s Business Development & Client Services activities. In this role, Steve is responsible for all sales, marketing, client support and corporate contracting efforts for HMP Market Access Insights’s syndicated research franchise. With a combined 40 years of biopharmaceutical experience, Steve has held several mid-higher level management positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sanofi, Sequus and Alza Pharmaceuticals. As an industry consultant, he has supported his biopharma clients with expertise in cancer epidemiology, treatment architecture and market access-related key trends & developments.

Steve holds a BS degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Drexel University.  More recently, he completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children

Cindy Chen, Head of Data Analytics

Cindy Chen oversees HMP Market Access Insights’s quantitative research initiatives in oncology and assists with our clinical evidence initiative, exploring payer data requirements for coverage of gene therapies and other products addressing rare diseases. Cindy has worked with multiple global life sciences companies while at Strategic Decisions Group, IMS Consulting Group and as an independent consultant. She has helped pharmaceutical companies evaluate development strategies for pipeline candidates, supported long term strategic planning and optimized portfolios of development and in-market franchises. Cindy holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Haas School at UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chris Van Denburg, Director

Chris Van Denburg’s career focuses entirely on studying the healthcare system and its adoption of novel treatments. His work over the last two decades has covered the spectrum of market access, including roles in market research, data analytics, marketing, pricing and contracting, operations, training, special pharmacy partnership programs, and patient support services.  His corporate experience includes both large and small biopharmaceutical companies, in addition to serving as an external consultant to several companies.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College, has direct oncology laboratory and clinical research experience at the Strang-Cornell Cancer Research Laboratory and Strang Cancer Prevention Center.

Taylor Crutison, Consultant

Taylor Crutison is a Consultant at HMP Market Access Insights who focuses on primary and secondary research and data analysis. Her interest in oncology began at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she engaged with patients to assess readiness for digital health tools and identified improvement areas in Dana-Farber’s patient reported outcomes data collection system. Additionally, her previous provider experiences include internships at Kaiser Permanente and a small community health non-profit.

Taylor holds an MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where her studies focused on health policy and management, and a Bachelor’s in Human Biology from Stanford University.

Corinne Cusumano, PhD

Corinne Cusumano, PhD, has more than 5 years of pharmaceutical consulting experience and 3 years of pharmaceutical patent prosecution experience. Corinne has significant experience in oncology, women’s health, neurology, immunology, rare diseases, and infectious diseases with consulting projects involving in-depth market research and the development of field-facing presentations, as well as the drafting and prosecuting of patent applications for novel agents, diagnostics and treatments across multiple therapeutic areas. With a Ph.D. in microbiology, Dr. Cusumano leverages her critical thinking skills with her consulting and IP experience to understand the various aspects of business development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Robert Ramsey, PhD

Bob is presently Managing Director of Ramsey Pharma Consulting. Prior to this position Dr. Ramsey was Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Kantar Health. Dr. Ramsey’s career spans over 30 years in academia, product management, marketing, business development, and strategic planning. Dr. Ramsey has completed numerous projects for major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, CNS, anti-infective, and oncology. Dr. Ramsey earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and an M.B.A. in International Business from Saint Louis University, and he has postdoctoral training in Neuroscience at the University of London, England.

Warren Dodge

Warren Dodge is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with extensive success in oncology healthcare services, software, pharmaceutical distribution, and GPOs. He has a proven record of developing products, sales, and marketing strategies, negotiating strategic partnerships, and positioning companies for acquisition to ensure positive returns for shareholders. He leverages extensive industry experience to assist companies develop and execute strategies for accelerating revenue and growth while increasing customer satisfaction.

Warren currently serves as Principal with Creekside Healthcare Consultants; focused on providing organizations with unique ideas and strategies for accelerating revenue growth.
